Sanjay Sharma
Workshop In-charge
Mr. Sanjay Sharma is the backbone of our workshop operations at S4rmbharat. With decades of hands-on experience, he has successfully led the fabrication and assembly of large-scale machines such as heavy-duty cross lappers and cutter machines for the automobile sector. A true team leader, he has also guided a team of 12+ members in building high-performance motor winding machines. His deep technical knowledge, leadership, and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Pankaj Sharma
Senior Engineer
Mr. Pankaj Sharma is a highly experienced Senior Engineer at S4rmbharat, with over 10 years of expertise in motor winding and production line operations, and 6+ years in machine assembly, disassembly, and maintenance. His in-depth technical skills and hands-on approach make him a key contributor to our workshop’s efficiency and innovation. Pankaj also plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between engineering and programming by actively communicating with our programmers to integrate additional operator-friendly features into our machines.
Sukhram
VMC Programmer
Mr. Sukhram is a skilled VMC programmer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in 3D designing and CNC/VMC machine programming. His deep understanding of machining processes, tool path optimization, and CAD/CAM integration makes him a valuable asset for precision manufacturing. Sukhram consistently delivers high-accuracy components while ensuring efficient machine utilization and minimal wastage.
tarun Ray
Plant Manager
Mr. Tarun serves as the Plant Manager at our machine manufacturing facility, overseeing daily operations with precision and efficiency. He is currently working closely with the CEO on multiple development projects for our parent company, AIPL Group. His leadership and strategic input play a vital role in driving innovation and growth across the organization.
Gagan Chauhan
Mr. Gagan, the visionary entrepreneur of our venture, is the driving force behind our growth and innovation. With a clear focus on long-term success, he is actively guiding Mr. Tarun and the entire team, steering the company toward new heights. Under his leadership, the venture is set to achieve significant milestones in the coming years as part of the broader vision of the AIP Group.
